About Me

I'm Maureen Fynes, a professional health coach, reflexology practitioner and founder of MF Wellness School of Reflexology.


Having built a successful career around wellness while raising my family, I’m passionate about sharing what I’ve learned to empower others. 


I created this course to give you a simple, flexible way to learn hand reflexology without having to attend an in-person training course. 


You can learn at your own pace, revisit the lessons whenever you need to and build your confidence through practice.


From start to finish, the course was incredibly informative, well-structured, and easy to follow.
